Prefix derived from the active ingredient of a medicine

Patrícia Aragão Lusoli and Pedro Zardo Junior debates the recent decision of The Fourth Panel of the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice that has concluded that owners of trademarks containing a prefix derived from the active ingredient of a medicine cannot have exclusive rights over that prefix, in an article recently published in the WTR Daily.
