Proposal to decrease the patent backlog receives feedback from the IP Community
We have received many comments about the proposal made last week by Gustavo Leonardos to decrease the patent backlog at the Brazilian PTO.
Among them, we would like to highlight the honourable contribution of Antônio Carlos Souza de Abrantes - Head of INPI computing and electronics division – and the approval of Maria Alice Calliari – Ex-director of the Brazilian PTO’s patent’s department, currently working at WIPO.
